Some days ago I invented a simple though experiment to illustrate some foundational concepts of information and entropy as it applies to human economics. Its very simple to understand, and it goes like this.

Sorry for the lack of posts recently – I have been wading through Political Ponerology (see the last post), and through a new Gorton paper on the constancy of risk free assets as a percentage of all financial assets at approximately 30% since WWII. At the same time, back in the real world I have been snowed under.
